Air Quality Related Service Alert for Tue-Fri customers!

Most current updates here (updated 9/17/20):

Due to the wildfires and the ongoing unhealthy air quality, Tuesday through Friday customers will be serviced 1 day late this week, with service concluding on Saturday. This plan may change as the air quality situation evolves during the week.

Service for the remainder of the week will be:

  • Tuesday picked up on Wednesday 9/16
  • Wednesday picked up on Thursday 9/17
  • Thursday picked up on Friday 9/18
  • Friday picked up on Saturday 9/19

We are hopeful that the air quality will improve throughout the week and we will be able to run routes Wednesday through Saturday without further delays or modifications. If the air quality does not improve as predicted and we have to make further changes to our schedule, we will be sure to update you as soon as possible. If we are able to run the remaining routes on 1-day delay as planned, it is likely that glass service may still be impacted the remainder of the week, as those drivers have to exit their vehicle at each stop and be further exposed to the unhealthy air. We will be sure to update you as decisions are made.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The health and safety of our employees is our first priority and it is our goal to limit their exposure to the unhealthy air quality that our region is currently experiencing.

The recycling depot will remained closed until Thursday, 9/17 at the earliest. Contact us before coming to the depot to ensure it is open.
