Holiday Collection Schedules
Pride Disposal & Recycling employees work hard to service all of our customers on time, even during holidays. Our drivers work all holidays other than Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
If the holiday falls on a weekday during the Christmas or New Year's week, service will occur one day later, starting with the holiday and through the end of the week, with the adjusted collection schedule concluding on Saturday. For example, if the holiday falls on a Thursday, customers with service on Thursdays will receive service on Friday, and Friday customers will be picked up on Saturday. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no change in the pickup schedule for that week.

Will my collection be impacted by inclement weather?
When dealing with inclement weather, safety is our priority. The safety of our employees is important to us, and we prioritize their well-being whether they're behind the wheels of our trucks or traveling to and from work. Your safety is also important to us, and we may alter our collection services during inclement weather if we determine regular procedures may pose a danger to people or property. When roads are covered in snow and ice, for instance, it may be difficult for our trucks to safely stop and start at every home. If we make the decision to alter our collection services in any way due to weather, we will do our best to notify all customers of the change.
