• Lawn mower (drain all fluids, discard bag)

Miscellaneous Household Items

• Mattress (no futon or crib mattresses)
• Box spring
• Metal
• Cardboard (flattened, no larger than 5 feet by 5 feet)
• Film plastic (examples: plastic grocery bags, plastic wrap)
• #1 PET Clamshell plastic (must be clear and hinged on one side)
• Fire extinguisher (empty)

Document Destruction: bring your documents to our depot for secure document shredding or contact our office (503-625-0725) to arrange for on-site service.

Electronics

• Fax machines, uninterruptible power sources (UPS) and, battery backups
• DVD and VHS players (VCRs), video recorders, and portable radios
• Home batteries

Appliances

• Freon-containing appliances (e.g. refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, water coolers)
• Dishwashers

Wood

• Dimensional lumber, pallets, and plywood. Minimal nails and screws are allowed. Must be no longer than 6' in any direction. Painted, stained or pressure treated wood is not accepted.

Miscellaneous Household Items

• Fluorescent light bulbs
• Commingled items:
  • Tin and aluminum cans
  • Scrap paper, magazines, newspaper
  • Plastic bottles, jugs, and tubs (2 inches by 2 inches or larger). If the bottle has a screw on lid, you can leave the lid attached to the container.
  • Plastic buckets, pails, storage containers, and other bulky HDPE (#2) or polypropylene (#5) that would fit loosely in a curbside cart. Lids can be included if they attach to the container (ex: snap on lids).
  • Nursery (plant) packaging HDPE (#2) and polypropylene (#5) only.
• Glass bottles and jars (no window glass)
• Fire extinguisher (not empty)
