Service Alert for Thursday Customers!

Update as of Thursday, 2/13 at 8:15am: Due to the road conditions and safety concerns, we have called our drivers in for the day, Thursday, 2/13. See updates here.

Due to the winter storm forecasted, our drivers will be starting their routes at 5am on Thursday, 2/13. This will allow them to get an early start and be able to finish earlier in the day.

Please have your totes placed curbside the night before or in the morning by 5am.

Thursday customers may see an impact to their services on 2/13. We will attempt to service all areas that we can safely access, garbage and recycling will be the 1st priority. Drivers may be running routes out of order, so your drivers may arrive at a different time than you're used to. There may be some areas that we cannot pick up due to safety concerns related to road conditions. We will attempt to get as much done as we can.
