Service Alert for Thursday and Friday Customers!

Due to road conditions and safety concerns, we have called our drivers in for the day, Thursday, 2/13.

Thursday Customers: We sent our drivers out at 5am this morning and attempted to get as much picked up as we could.

If weather and road conditions permit us to run routes tomorrow, we will service the customers that were missed. If we are unable to run routes tomorrow we will send out another update on how Thursday customers can prepare their extras (at no charge) for their next regular scheduled collection for each commodity.

Friday Customers: If road conditions allow, service will be delayed 1 day with routes running on Saturday, 2/15.

Please keep in mind that any decision to run modified routes is because safety is our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the safety of our employees is important to us; they have to be able to make it to work and back home safely as well as drive the trucks through your neighborhoods. Your safety is also important to us. Our trucks have to stop and start at every home, which is not easy to do in the snow and ice. With more people home today, it will mean more people and cars in the streets as well.
