Service Alert for Friday customers 12/23/22

Due to weather conditions, we will not be running our routes on Friday, 12/23. Our intention is to run Friday routes one day late on Saturday, 12/24. If we are able to run routes on Saturday, our drivers may be running their routes in a different order on Saturday (lower elevations first). If we cannot get all routes caught up, our priority will be garbage.

If something changes and we cannot run Friday routes on Saturday, we will post another update Saturday morning as soon as a decision is made. The best way to receive immediate information is to sign up for our enewsletter.

Please keep in mind that any decision to run modified routes is because safety is our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the safety of our employees is important to us; they have to be able to make it to work safely as well as drive the trucks through your neighborhoods. Your safety is also important to us. Our trucks have to stop and start at every home, which is not easy to do in the snow and ice. With more people home today, it will mean more people/cars in the streets as well.

Our office and recycling depot will also be closed 12/26 in observance of Christmas, but all routes will run on their regular schedule next week as long as the weather cooperates.
