Updated COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Updated as of 8/31: Due to the state mandate, effective 8/27 masks will be required in the depot when 6' distance cannot be maintained.

Updated as of 8/13: Due to the state mandate effective 8/13, all employees (regardless of vaccination status) are required to wear a mask while inside a building. Employees working outdoors will still not be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.

Due to the recent COVID-19 guidelines released by the CDC, OHA, and OSHA, we have updated some of our policies and procedures.

If you visit our recycling depot, you must follow the policies below:

  • Masks are no longer required: the depot is outdoors and our customers are on site for a limited time. We will no longer require depot visitors to wear masks while visiting the depot.
  • Paying for items: At this time this policy remains unchanged, we only accept credit/debit cards for payment (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
  • Items accepted: The items accepted at the depot have not changed, please check our depot page for the current list.
  • Sign-in information: We've always asked depot customers to sign-in. The Depot Monitor will continue to take your sign-in information verbally and record it, this prevents the need to pass the clipboard and pens back and forth. We continue to ask the same information as before; name and phone number.

Our office remains closed to the public at this time. We will be sure to post an update when we reopen.

Updated policies for our employees:

Our employees who are fully vaccinated and have chosen to share their vaccination status with us, are no longer required to wear masks on Pride property. If an employee is not fully vaccinated or has chosen to not share their vaccination status, employees will be required to wear a mask on Pride property when inside a building.

Regardless of vaccination status, any employee who is working outdoors is not required to wear a mask.

Our collection operations continue to operate without delays. Our office employees will continue to provide customer service via phone and electronic communications.

Thank you for your continued understanding as we have navigated these difficult times, we appreciate your help to keep our employees and customers safe!
