Office & Recycling Depot reopen to the public on June 8th

Effective Monday June 8th, our office and recycling depot will be reopened to the public. We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and are asking that you help us to keep our employees and our customers safe by following our policies below.

Pride Policies & Reminders:

• Masks are required: You will be required to wear a mask on Pride property. If you do not have a mask on, you will not be allowed to use our depot or come into our office.
• Hand-sanitizer station: There will be a hand-sanitizer station available in the depot and in the front office.
• Paying for items: If you have a depot item that requires payment, we ask that you consider using a credit/debit card or charging to your Pride account whenever available. This will limit the need to handle cash or check payments.
• Items accepted: The items accepted at the depot have not changed, please check our depot page for the current list.
• Sign-in information: We've always asked depot customers to sign-in. The Depot Monitor will now take your sign-in information verbally and record it, this will prevent the need to pass the clipboard and pens back and forth. We will ask the same information as before; name and phone number.
  

Front Office Policies & Reminders:

We are asking that you please consider visiting our office in-person only if you need to pay for items dropped off at the depot. Our office employees are available via phone and electronic communications to take payments or handle any customer service needs. If you are entering our office, masks are required and only 1 person can be in the lobby at a time. We ask that only 1 person per vehicle enter the office whenever possible. The front desk area will be cleaned regularly during business hours, this includes: credit card machine, customer side of the counter-top, and the front door handle.
