Office closed until further notice

Update as of 4/14 at 2pm: Our office remains closed to the public at this time. Our recycling depot remains open, and we continue to only be able to take credit card payments for chargeable items.

Update as of 12/3 at 8am: Our office will continue to remain closed to the public at this time. Oregon announced on December 1st that 25 of the state's 36 counties are "extreme risk" for COVID-19 transmission, Washington County is included in the 25 counties listed. Our recycling depot will remain open, and we will continue to only be able to take credit card payments for chargeable items.

Due to the new COVID-19 restrictions put in place in Oregon, we are closing our office to the public effective November 18th and will remain closed until further notice. We will post an update when we reopen.

At this time our recycling depot will remain open. We are asking that you limit your visits to the recycling depot during this freeze and only come if your visit absolutely cannot wait. We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously. If you do visit our recycling depot, you must follow our policies below.

  • Masks are required: You are required to wear a mask on Pride property. If you do not have a mask on, you will not be allowed to use our depot.
  • Paying for items: At this time we will only be accepting credit/debit cards for payment (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). If you need to pay cash, check, or charge to your Pride account you will need to wait until our office is reopened.
  • Items accepted: The items accepted at the depot have not changed, please check our depot page for the current list.
  • Sign-in information: We've always asked depot customers to sign-in. The Depot Monitor will now take your sign-in information verbally and record it, this will prevent the need to pass the clipboard and pens back and forth. We will ask the same information as before; name and phone number.

Our collection operations will continue. Our office employees will continue to provide customer service via phone and electronic communications.

Thank you for your continued understanding as we navigate these difficult times, we appreciate your help to keep our employees and customers safe!
