Community Involvement
Pride Disposal & Recycling is dedicated to being a good neighbor and an active member of the communities we serve. Community events we support or participate in include events such as the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival, the Sherwood Community Services Fair, the Tigard Balloon Festival, Relay for Life, Christmas tree collection events for regional Boy Scout troops, and many more. We also sponsor several local youth sports teams and contribute to scholarship funding for graduating seniors from Tigard High School and Sherwood High School.
Community Stories
Pride hosts tours of our facility for community groups such as the Boy Scouts, student associations, and others. Tour groups get an inside look at our operations as well as hands-on education about recycling and sustainability.
